Welcome to Ankeny United Church of Christ! At Ankeny UCC we realize that seeking to be faithful to God is not a motionless process but an ongoing relationship with God and one another. It is a journey of faith, foremost seeking relationship with God, which in turn calls us to be a family of faith. Here, in this family, God's love for each one of us is defined by real life relationships. In response to the love God has given gifts we share, we come to know and see God working in each member of this family. All are important and vital members of the Body of Christ, from the smallest child to the oldest adult. Our church family has made a commitment to serve God with the best of what we are and what we have. Our mission focus has evolved into a hands- on ministry coupled with our national and state-wide stewardship support. Renewed and energized by the Holy Spirt, we seek to be a fellowship of love and support for those inside and outside the framework of out church family. Finally, we believe that all are welcome here in our family of faith. Our open and friendly fellowship provides fertile soil for growth no matter where a person is in the growth process of faith.
